Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website genesisluxury.ae and the services provided by Genesis Ride Transport By Luxury Motor L.L.C (“Genesis Luxury”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Genesis Luxury provides: (a) a luxury chauffeur and VIP transfer service in Dubai and the UAE; and (b) the “Be an Investor” programme, under which an individual owns a qualifying luxury vehicle that we operate under our RTA limousine licence. All services are provided as an RTA-licensed operator.

2. Bookings & quotes

• A booking request is submitted via our website or WhatsApp and becomes confirmed only when we acknowledge it.
• Quoted fares are all-inclusive — covering the chauffeur, fuel, Salik tolls and applicable taxes — unless stated otherwise. There is no surge pricing.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off, timing and flight details. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect information.

3. The chauffeur service

• Our chauffeurs are RTA-permitted and professionally trained. Vehicles are RTA-registered and insured.
• For airport pickups we track your flight and provide reasonable complimentary waiting time; extended waiting or additional stops may incur charges advised in advance.
• Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect; you are responsible for any damage caused by you or your party.
• The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the selected vehicle’s capacity.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a confirmed transfer free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup, unless a different policy is agreed for special events, multi-day or corporate bookings. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.

5. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. You agree to pay the quoted amount for the services provided.

6. The “Be an Investor” programme

The following applies specifically to the investment programme and is important:

• Any investment is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Genesis Luxury. These Terms are a general overview and do not themselves create an investment.
• You purchase and retain ownership of the vehicle. Genesis Luxury registers and operates it under our RTA limousine licence and onboards it to platforms such as Uber and Careem.
• Any earnings figures, ranges, calculators or projections shown on this website or in discussions are illustrative estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on demand, hours of operation, seasonality, platform fees, VAT, driver and running costs, and other factors. Genesis Luxury does not guarantee any specific income or return.
• Vehicle eligibility is subject to RTA rules, which require recent-model luxury vehicles and retire limousines after a set period.
• You should seek independent financial and legal advice before entering any investment.

7. Third-party platforms

Some services rely on third parties (for example Uber, Careem, WhatsApp and the RTA). Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Luxury is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including traffic, weather, road closures or third-party actions). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, graphics and imagery — belongs to Genesis Luxury or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, which applies to bookings made after it.
