• Details you give us — when you complete a booking or contact form, or message us on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off locations, dates and times, vehicle preference, flight number, and any notes you provide.
• Investment enquiries — if you enquire about the “Be an Investor” programme, the contact details and information you choose to share so we can prepare a projection.
• Technical data — basic information your browser sends automatically, such as device type, browser, and general usage, used to keep the site secure and working.
• Local storage — we store your language preference on your device so the site opens in your chosen language.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your booking or enquiry and provide the chauffeur or investment service you requested.
• To confirm reservations, send updates about your ride, and coordinate airport meet & greet and flight tracking.

4. Messaging via WhatsApp

Our booking and contact forms can open WhatsApp with your message pre-filled so you can send it to us. When you send that message, it is delivered through WhatsApp and handled according to WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) own terms and privacy policy. We receive the message content and your WhatsApp number in order to reply.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to deliver the service:

• With our chauffeurs and operational partners, strictly to fulfil your booking.
• With ride-hailing platforms (such as Uber and Careem) and the RTA where required to operate vehicles lawfully, in particular under the investment programme.
